Endon Urban Development was born from the streets of Metro Detroit—from boarded-up homes, forgotten lots, and voices unheard. As our founder worked hand-in-hand restoring houses in overlooked neighborhoods, one truth became clear: real change requires more than just construction—it demands compassion, systems, and a relentless commitment to people.
We’ve seen firsthand the consequences of blight and neglect. But we’ve also seen the power of rebuilding—not just properties, but lives.

Foundation Laid
Endon Urban Development was established with a mission to provide affordable housing solutions.
2024
First Housing Project
Completed our inaugural project, providing homes for 50 low-income families in metro Detroit.

Expansion to New Cities
Expanded operations to include three additional cities, increasing our reach and impact.
